This is not an unrestricted foreign-national, separate NRI-quota or management-quota admission offer.

## Admissions

B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a four-year English-medium degree at Neelambur. For the TNEA academic-stream government-quota route, use college code 2377 and branch code EE. Admission depends on eligibility, verification, rank and allotment.

The academic-stream route requires higher-secondary mathematics, physics and chemistry and eligibility under a permitted TNEA category. OCI/PIO and refugee provisions have additional restrictions.

- Pass HSC academic first and second years (+1 and +2), or an accepted equivalent, with mathematics, physics and chemistry.
- Minimum Class 12 PCM average: 45% for general-category applicants; 40% for eligible Tamil Nadu BC/BCM, MBC/DNC, SC/SCA/ST applicants.
- Indian applicants must satisfy TNEA nativity, Tamil Nadu schooling or the specified parental-employment/service exceptions.
- OCI/PIO cardholders must be Tamil Nadu natives; those born in a foreign country after 4 March 2021 are excluded from this provision.
- Sri Lankan Tamil refugees must have studied in Tamil Nadu and provide the required refugee identification records.
- The OCI/PIO and Sri Lankan Tamil refugee provisions are open-category/open-competition routes, not communal-reservation entitlements.
- Eligibility must be met by the application closing date; later qualification results do not establish eligibility for that cycle.

Steps:

1. Register one TNEA application, enter academic and category details, and pay the applicable registration fee.
2. Upload the required original-certificate copies and complete TNEA certificate verification.
3. Use college code 2377 and branch EE in the ordered choice list for the counselling round assigned by rank.
4. Review the tentative allotment and confirm the appropriate option within the notified time.
5. If accepting and joining, download the provisional allotment order and report to the college on the specified date.

- Document: Class 10 marksheet
- Document: HSC first-year (+1) marksheet
- Document: HSC second-year (+2) or equivalent marksheet
- Document: Transfer certificate
- Application document: Electronic/digitally signed nativity certificate when the relevant TNEA rule requires it
- Application document: OCI/PIO card and evidence supporting Tamil Nadu nativity when claiming that provision
- Application document: Relevant employer certificate or parental service declaration for a claimed nativity exception
- Application document: Tamil Nadu community certificate when claiming communal reservation
- Application document: Headquarters Tahsildar identification certificate for the Sri Lankan Tamil refugee route
- Application document: For refugees not registered in a camp: original passport, visa and police-station registration letter
- Application document: Income, first-graduate or special-reservation records only when claiming the related benefit/category
- Application document: Provisional TNEA allotment order when reporting to the college
Follow the TNEA round’s notified choice-filling, confirmation and reporting deadlines. The 2026 matrix establishes this route, not a currently open seat or a future intake date.
