3. Pay the non-refundable CNY 420 application fee and retain the remittance receipt; monitor the account and email for review or assessment requests.
4. For the High-Level CSC route, apply to BTBU first; only nominated applicants then complete the separate CSC Type B filing with BTBU pre-admission and agency 10011.
