Fee notes: Officially published on BSMU's 'Annual Fees in 2026/2027 academic year' page: USD 6,300/year for English-medium General Medicine (vs USD 5,400/year for the Russian-medium track). First advance payment (50% of the annual figure, USD 3,150) is due by 16 September 2026. The same official page states USD payment to BSMU's primary account is 'temporarily unavailable,' with payments currently redirected through a Belarusian-ruble account pegged to the National Bank's daily exchange rate -- a real, current banking friction. Total is calculated as the annual figure times 6 years -- not published as a lump sum, and excludes document-review/interview fees (USD 60-80) and dormitory costs (unpublished).

## Teaching phases
