## Admissions

Chemistry combines organic, inorganic, analytical and physical chemistry with laboratory study. Four-year English-taught international undergraduate study in Shantou, with GTIIT and Technion bachelor’s awards.

- Secondary-school diploma and three years of transcripts; a strong mathematics/science background, including mandatory Physics.
- Submit the country-appropriate standardised test, such as SAT, ACT or AST.
- For the US/American-school route: SAT Math at least 660 (700 recommended), or ACT Math at least 28 (30 recommended).
- IELTS minimum 6.0 (6.5 recommended) or TOEFL iBT minimum 80 (85 recommended), according to the international English-test rules.
- Non-native English speakers and applicants from non-English-medium schools should provide the required English evidence; confirm any waiver with admissions.
- Complete the four-to-six-week English-taught orientation in mathematics, physics and English before the academic semester.
