## Admissions

The Duke University MMS is a ten-month full-time degree in Fuqua’s one-year master portfolio. Its 15 business-fundamentals courses span five terms: three at Fuqua in Durham, USA, followed by two at DKU in Kunshan, China. One academic year here is specifically ten calendar months.

Programme, citizenship and approved study-location conditions determine eligibility.

- Earn an accredited bachelor degree before the programme starts; no undergraduate major is preferred. Equivalent three-year bachelor degrees are accepted.
- With more than two years of full-time post-graduation work, contact MMS admissions for a profile review before applying.
- Submit an accepted GMAT, GRE, SAT or ACT score unless the admissions committee approves the published academic waiver.
- The test waiver requires undergraduate study on a 4.0 grading scale, cumulative GPA of at least 3.4 and evidence of quantitative/analytical coursework.
- Request the test waiver at least two weeks before the round deadline. Approval is discretionary and is not guaranteed.
- Non-native English minimums: Duolingo 125, TOEFL 95 old scale or 5 new scale, or IELTS 7, unless an exemption is approved. Scores must be within two years of the application cycle.
- Complete programme essays, resume, exactly one recommendation and interview as requested; a professional referee is preferred.
- Apply in only one admissions round and to only one of Fuqua’s two MMS programmes per application year.
