## Admissions

Master Program of Global Outstanding Management Talents offers this Management Science and Engineering major through the restricted Youth of Excellence scheme. The 1+1 structure consists of a first academic year at Beihang and a second year completing the dissertation alongside work in the home country, followed by defence in China.

2. Submit the package directly to the Beihang YES office for preliminary review and academic interview.
3. After receiving pre-admission, complete the CSC system application as Type A, agency 1563, Youth of Excellence Scheme.
4. Complete the first year at Beihang, secondyear dissertation at home and the required defence in China.
