## Admissions

The five-year architecture degree combines design studios with technical subjects, model making, digital drawing, site visits and professional training. Entry requires an eligible school or diploma qualification and an architecture aptitude test.

The B.Arch route requires both the academic qualification and an accepted architecture aptitude-test result.

- Pass all subjects in 10+2 or equivalent from a single board, with Physics and Mathematics compulsory and at least 45% aggregate.
- The third eligible subject can be Chemistry, Biology, a Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science, IT, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics or Business Studies.
- Alternatively, pass a 10+3 diploma with Mathematics compulsory and at least 45% aggregate.
- Qualify NATA or the accepted JEE Paper 2 architecture aptitude route. TNEA schooling, nativity and category rules also apply to its counselling seats.

Steps:

1. For the domestic counselling route, register through the TNEA B.Arch application process and enter academic and architecture aptitude-test details.
2. Upload original certificate copies and complete verification, then ranking and choice allotment. Ranking combines academic marks scaled to 200 and accepted NATA/JEE marks out of 200.
3. Follow the allotted institution’s reporting instructions; the college’s provisional-admission payment route requires an application number and the amount instructed.
