Fee notes: USD 5,672/year is published identically on both the live official programme page and the current official prospectus's itemized international-fee table. Flagged for user disclosure: the same prospectus's general regulations chapter separately states foreign-student fees are 'under review and are subject to change at any time,' elsewhere describing them as a 50% surcharge over the Tanzanian domestic rate -- an unresolved internal inconsistency in the university's own documentation; the itemized USD 5,672 figure is used here as the more specific and currently-published number. Total is calculated as the annual figure times 5 years -- not published as a lump sum. Additional modest fees apply: USD 10 application, USD 10 registration, USD 20 annual quality-assurance fee, plus smaller TZS-denominated examination/graduation/ID/union fees.
