Fee notes: The SRMIST Foreign fee table gives an annual tuition fee of USD 7,700 for the five-year B.Arch. at Kattankulathur in 2026. The NRI, PIO and OCI table shows the same USD 7,700 figure for 2025 with a USD 4,620 column after the 40 per cent scholarship for candidates meeting the SAT or higher-secondary criteria, and states that no scholarship applies to the NRI Sponsored category. A one-time registration fee of USD 300 and examination fees apply separately, and the five-year total shown here is the annual figure multiplied by five rather than a published lump sum. Hostel, mess, books, materials and transport are billed separately in Indian rupees.
