Fee notes: SRMIST publishes two separate tables for this programme at the Kattankulathur campus. The Foreign table gives an annual tuition fee of USD 10,000 for 2026. The NRI, PIO and OCI table gives the same USD 10,000 annual figure for 2025, alongside a column showing USD 6,000 after the 40 per cent engineering scholarship for candidates who meet the SAT or 70 per cent higher-secondary criteria; SRMIST states that no scholarship applies to the NRI Sponsored category. A one-time registration fee of USD 300 and examination fees apply on top, and the four-year total shown here is the annual figure multiplied by four rather than a published lump sum. Hostel, mess, books, materials and transport are billed separately and are payable in Indian rupees.

## Teaching phases

- Four-year B.Tech. Aerospace Engineering, eight semesters (English): Run by the College of Engineering and Technology at Kattankulathur, with first-year odd-semester classes beginning on 17 August 2026 and the odd semester closing with university theory examinations from 14 December 2026. Aerospace Engineering is priced above the general engineering rate in the SRMIST international fee tables, at the same level as Nanotechnology. Postgraduate progression on the same campus includes M.Tech. Aerospace Engineering, which SRMIST prices at USD 4,600 per year for international applicants.
