Fee notes: SRMIST publishes two separate tables for this programme at the Kattankulathur campus. The Foreign table gives an annual tuition fee of USD 12,500 for 2026. The NRI, PIO and OCI table gives the same USD 12,500 annual figure for 2025, alongside a column showing USD 7,500 after the 40 per cent engineering scholarship for candidates who meet the SAT or 70 per cent higher-secondary criteria; SRMIST states that no scholarship applies to the NRI Sponsored category. A one-time registration fee of USD 300 and examination fees apply on top, and the four-year total shown here is the annual figure multiplied by four rather than a published lump sum. Hostel, mess, books, materials and transport are billed separately and are payable in Indian rupees.

## Teaching phases

- Four-year B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering, eight semesters (English): Run by the College of Engineering and Technology at Kattankulathur. The 2026-27 schedule places enrolment of courses for first-year B.Tech. between 1 and 7 August 2026, an inaugural and orientation programme from 10 to 14 August 2026 and the start of odd-semester classes on 17 August 2026, with the last working day on 7 December 2026 and university theory examinations from 14 December 2026. Alongside the core B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering, Kattankulathur runs separately priced specialisation tracks published in the same international fee table, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and a Computer Science and Business Systems track delivered in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services.
