the next calendar is unconfirmed. - MBA and Enterprise Management are expressly bilingual and excluded from this English portfolio. - An unspecified minimum cohort applies to English bachelor programmes, with possible transfer if the minimum is not reached. ## Best fit for - International applicants comparing the exact named English programmes and willing to confirm the next recruitment calendar. - Students interested in the university’s engineering, materials, science or sericulture-related teaching settings. - Applicants able to meet the level-specific age, qualification, English and documentation requirements. ## Campus and city The university lists Changshan and Mengxi campuses in Zhenjiang and a Zhangjiagang campus. Its international office is at 666 Changhui Road in Dantu District. The programme table does not assign every course to a teaching campus. Confirm teaching, laboratories and housing in the offer. The international facilities page describes classrooms, a library, student activity facilities, a gymnasium, laboratories and engineering training support; access and practical arrangements depend on the programme and campus. JUST is based in Zhenjiang in Jiangsu Province. Its main international office address is in Dantu District, while the university also lists Mengxi and Zhangjiagang campuses. Confirm the actual study and residence address before arranging travel or accommodation. No single commute or city living-cost estimate is applied to all programmes. The university’s history links its present identity to shipbuilding education and its later integration of grain-trade education and the Sericulture Research Institute. These subject settings help applicants distinguish its specialist programmes from the similarly named Jiangsu University and Jiangsu University of Technology, which are separate institutions. The international curriculum archive gives programme-specific course and research material. The Computer Science and Technology bachelor plan lists discrete mathematics, data structures, computer organisation, operating systems and software engineering. The Business Administration plan covers management, economics, organisation, accounting, marketing, human resources and operations. Both older bachelor plans describe practical and experimental components, while explicitly excluding those centrally organised components from the general English assurance. The Energy and Power professional master’s plan covers energy conversion, heat transfer, machinery behaviour, combustion, refrigeration and new-energy applications. The foreign-language plan includes language, literature, translation and intercultural research; the Sericulture Research Institute has distinct Biology and Animal Science routes. These archived curricula inform subject comparison and do not establish guaranteed placements, a named employer partnership or the exact next-cohort module list. ## Hostel, food and safety The 2026 international guide publishes a double-room accommodation fee of CNY 3,000 per academic year. It states annual allowances of 80 kilowatt electricity, 40 tons cold water and 12 tons hot water. Bedding is not provided; an optional bedding estimate of CNY 600 is listed separately. Confirm the current room allocation, campus, utility accounting, excess-use costs and bedding arrangements before travel. These are dated 2026 charges, not a later-cohort price guarantee. The guide also gives estimated compulsory medical examination CNY 525, insurance CNY 600 per academic year and residence permit CNY 425 per academic year. The hospital and immigration authority may change their charges. Payment instructions in the official admission notice govern the applicant’s actual payment. The verified admission guide does not establish a particular meal contract, dietary certification or kitchen allocation for every international residence. Ask the international office about dining options at the assigned campus and give it any specific dietary, allergy or accessibility requirements before accepting accommodation. Budget for meals separately from tuition and room charges; no unsupported monthly meal estimate is supplied. The 2026 checklist requires good health, a recent physical examination and non-criminal record. Insurance is compulsory. Keep any existing Chinese residence permit valid; the university provides residence-permit assistance during registration. Follow the actual cohort’s official admission, medical, insurance and immigration instructions. The School of Overseas Education publishes studyatjust@just.edu.cn and +86 511 84401196 for international students. Its official English contact page assigns the mailbox to future applicants. Apply through the official online system, keep control of your account and monitor the portal and registered email. Follow the admission notice and upload the required payment receipt. ## Frequently asked questions ### Which English programmes are verified? The 2026 international guide lists two bachelor routes and eighteen master’s rows. MBA and Enterprise Management are expressly bilingual and are outside this English portfolio. The remaining listed routes retain their exact school and title; confirm the selected English delivery in your offer. ### Is the current application window open? The verified window ran from 10 April to 10 June 2026. It has closed. Ask the official international office for the next recruitment calendar before preparing a dated application. ### What are the age and academic requirements? The 2026 guide requires bachelor applicants to be 24 or below with a high-school/A-Level or equivalent qualification, and master’s applicants to be 30 or below with a bachelor’s degree. Both levels require a valid foreign passport and good health. ### What English scores are required? For 2026, bachelor routes require TOEFL iBT 75 or IELTS 5.5; graduate routes require TOEFL iBT 80 or IELTS 6.0. Native English speakers are exempt from the test certificate. Non-native speakers also take an online communication interview. ### Are practical sessions guaranteed to be entirely in English? The current guide lists English routes. The older international bachelor plans specifically except centrally organised practical and experimental teaching from their English assurance. Confirm practical-work language and any mixed classes. Older Energy and Power and foreign-language master plans also describe English or bilingual options. ### How long are the degrees? Both listed bachelor programmes last four years. Energy and Power is a two-year master’s route; the other included master’s programmes last three years in the 2026 guide. The older two-year master’s table is not used to replace these current durations. ### What tuition should applicants budget? The 2026 guide quotes CNY 11,250 per academic year for English bachelor study and CNY 20,000 per academic year for master’s study, plus CNY 400 application. Estimated medical examination, insurance and residence permit charges are separate; confirm current amounts and allocation. ### Are scholarships guaranteed? No. The 2026 guide lists university scholarships of CNY 7,000 per year for bachelor students and CNY 6,000–9,000 for master’s students, with separate academic and provincial schemes. Award conditions and selection apply. Provincial scholarship recipients cannot combine it with other JUST scholarships. ### How do applicants submit an application? Applications are exclusively online through the official JUST system. Keep control of your account and application number, upload authentic documents and monitor the portal. Provincial scholarship applicants also submit through the government system themselves. ### Which documents are especially time-sensitive? The 2026 guide requires a medical form completed within six months and a non-criminal record issued within three months before application. The foreign passport must have at least six months’ validity. Confirm the next cohort’s exact checklist. ### Which campus will I attend? The university lists Changshan and Mengxi campuses in Zhenjiang and a Zhangjiagang campus. The international office is at 666 Changhui Road, Dantu District, Zhenjiang. The admissions table does not allocate every programme to a campus; obtain the exact teaching and housing location in the offer. ### Who can answer international admissions questions?
