TUIT's 2026 international-admissions information gives a planning reference of USD 200–300 per month for city-centre rentals, USD 2–5 per restaurant meal, and public transport below USD 0.50 per trip. These are local planning figures rather than tuition and should be budgeted separately. The published Software Engineering programme describes work with software for automated and computer systems, information processing, microprocessor systems, software products, databases and interactive state-service systems. Its stated professional competencies include software creation, testing and operation, software-hardware integration, and research activity. ## Hostel, food and safety TUIT states that dormitory accommodation is available for international applicants. The current admissions page does not publish a room category, capacity, allocation rule or residence fee, so this profile does not present a housing price as a confirmed university charge. TUIT's international-admissions page gives a restaurant-meal planning reference of USD 2–5. It does not identify a university meal plan, dietary service or included food charge for this programme. The international-admissions page provides direct contact details for TUIT's International Relations Office and identifies an online admissions route. It does not publish a programme-specific safety service or a measurable campus-safety outcome. International applicants can apply through TUIT's online international-admissions system or contact the International Relations Office. The university lists document requirements, an online interview window and a named admissions contact, which gives applicants a defined route for application and arrival planning. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is TUIT a public university?
