UET does not operate its own residential halls. Students rent in Tirana's residential areas near the UET campus. Shared apartments cost €100–200 per person per month — among the lowest in any European capital. Popular areas include Blloku, Myslym Shyri, and the area near the Mother Teresa hospital complex.
