Pharmacy students at the Mysuru and Ooty colleges follow the Pharmacy Council of India B.Pharm syllabus, with a Practice School in the seventh semester and industrial training at a pharmaceutical company. Medical Laboratory Technology students train in the laboratories of JSS Medical College and hospital across biochemistry, microbiology, pathology and blood bank, handling automated analysers, histopathology processing and blood-component preparation, then complete a twelve-month internship. The MBA in Hospital Administration uses the 1,800-bed JSS Hospital for hospital postings in the third and fourth semesters, followed by an eight-week internship and a project. The M.Sc Nutrition and Dietetics programme includes a hospital and community nutrition internship in the third semester and a dissertation in the fourth. JSS AHER's placement cell and international students cell support students across these colleges.
