Anatomy, Histology, Medical Biology, Biochemistry (Year 1); Physiology, Pathology, Microbiology, Immunology (Year 2); Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, Behavioral Sciences (Year 3). Cadaveric dissection labs in Year 1. FMGE/NExT preparation material begins in Year 2.
Year 4: Entry into Clinical Medicine
Internal Medicine, Surgery principles, and Diagnostics. Hospital rotations begin. Clinical case structures and diagnostic reasoning — both heavily tested in FMGE/NExT.
Year 5: Core Clinical Specialties
Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry, and Emergency Medicine. All five specialty areas are high-weightage FMGE/NExT sections.
Year 6: Rotatory Internship
One year rotating through Medicine, Surgery, OB/GYN, Paediatrics, and Community Medicine at affiliated hospitals and clinical centres. Must be completed before sitting the NMC licensing examination.

ERSU's clinical curriculum begins in Year 4 with hospital rotations in Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Diagnostics.
