The sports complex has an air-conditioned indoor stadium, a cricket ground used for Ranji Trophy matches, and courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball.

The Ansari Health Centre gives students free primary care, with doctors until 10 pm including weekends, a 24-hour ambulance and visiting specialists twice a week. JMI advises foreign students to buy medical insurance of INR 5 lakh (about US$6,700) a year.
