The air-conditioned Central Library (2,319 sq m, 700 seats) holds about 57,800 books and 400 print journals, subscribes to e-resources including IEEE, ScienceDirect, JSTOR and Manupatra, and opens 8.30 am to 11 pm on weekdays. The hostel zone has a gym, laundry, cafeterias, a store and a salon, and sports facilities cover football, hockey, basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton. Students need 75 per cent attendance in each course to sit its end-semester exam.
