Every VILNIUS TECH Bachelor's programme in scope here ends in a supervised final-year or capstone project: Civil Engineering students choose a Year 3-4 specialization in Geotechnics, Design of Buildings and Structures or Design of Bridge Structures; Mechanical Engineering students specialize in tracks such as Alternative Energy Engineering and Technologies or Machine Design; and Mechatronics and Robotics, Information Technologies, Artificial Intelligence Systems and Medical Engineering students each complete an applied design, software or device-development project supervised by faculty. Mechatronics and Robotics graduates are specifically prepared for roles inside companies of the Lithuanian Engineering Industry Association (LINPRA), which represents robotics, automation and machine-building employers in Lithuania. Programme pages describe faculty-arranged internship and employer-connection opportunities before graduation, though the exact internship structure and any stipend should be confirmed with each faculty before enrolling.
