The dated international catalogue, central guide and exact school’s degree requirements apply together. Applicants use the official BFSU process.

• Non-Chinese citizen with a valid ordinary foreign passport; university nationality and document review applies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an institution recognised by China’s Ministry of Education; official degree and transcript documents required.
• Good physical and mental health, good conduct, and no criminal/public-security disciplinary history under the published guide.
• Former-Chinese applicants must supply the required foreign-nationality and renunciation documentation; nationality review can affect application, admission or student status.
• Research proposal of at least 1,500 words in the programme’s teaching language, CV, and two academic references from professors/associate professors or equivalent experts.
• The degree-admission school guide lists IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. The newer exchange-course table has a different threshold and is not treated as a degree-admission replacement.
