Master's in Biological Sciences at Wenzhou University: Eligibility & Requirements

Use the published ordinary international master conditions; scholarship schemes have separate rules.

• Non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport and good health. A bachelor’s degree certificate is required for master’s entry.
• The ordinary guide states age 18 or above; applicants under 18 provide a Certificate of Guardianship. No ordinary maximum age is published in these guides.
• Non-native English speakers: TOEFL above 70, IELTS above 6 or Duolingo above 105, or other English-proficiency proof, as printed in the specific 2026 postgraduate guide.
• Prepare a study plan and two recommendation letters. This ordinary guide does not print a universal word count, recommender rank or automatic prior-English-degree waiver.
• Qualifications and official transcripts should be in Chinese or English; records in other languages need notarised Chinese/English translations.
• Medical and no-criminal-record reports must be within six months. A recent bank statement is required; another account holder provides a signed sponsorship letter.
• Applicants already in China provide a residence-permit copy and previous-school performance statement if applicable. Confirm the next cohort’s submission and assessment instructions.
• Confirm programme-specific Chinese learning, graduation and practical-assessment requirements with the academic college; no universal numerical condition is inferred.
• Open to: Non-Chinese international applicants satisfying the exact ordinary master entry conditions
• Current 2026 ordinary international master route; next opening and requirements require confirmation.
• Exact subject Biology; no automatic overseas phase, partner award, licence or guaranteed placement.
• Current English route differs from an older Chinese-teaching subject description; individual English study plan must be confirmed.
• Confirm the formal awarded qualification before applying.
