4-year College of Sinology and Chinese Studies (Beijing) programme
Beijing campus, explicitly identified in the 2027 programme catalogue. The separate 2026 scholarship notice allocates undergraduate scholarship recipients to Hainan for years 1–2 and Beijing for years 3–4. This dated scholarship policy is not a universal campus assignment for every 2027 self-funded student.

Practical training & industry exposure
The published Business School curricula provide a clearer basis for comparison than general employment claims. Digital Economy combines economics with information science and data methods, including statistics, econometrics and game theory. Finance addresses banking, financial markets, corporate finance and risk, while the MSc International Business plan includes cross-border e-commerce, trade policy, business law and negotiation. These curriculum facts identify the academic focus; they do not establish a guaranteed paid placement. Sinology and Chinese Studies takes an interdisciplinary approach to historical and contemporary China, including culture, politics, economy and intercultural communication. Applicants should compare its humanities and social-science emphasis with the separate Chinese Language and Culture degree. Similar words in their titles do not make them interchangeable awards. The current catalogue also lists a dual-degree Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology route, but that offering is held here because the detailed school page describes bilingual teaching while the latest catalogue labels it English. No clinical licence, ASHA certification or entitlement to practise is promised from undergraduate admission or degree completion.
