Training & support
Practical training & industry exposure
Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering (DCE) has been an autonomous college since 2025-26: UGC lists its autonomy for 2025-26 to 2034-35, so DCE sets its own curricula and runs its own examinations, while Anna University awards the degree. Its 2026-27 calendar schedules two internal assessment tests and model examinations each semester before the end-semester practical and theory examinations. AICTE requires an internship for every admitted student. The placement cell runs aptitude, communication and technical training; the college reported a 95 per cent placement rate in its TNEA 2026 entry without stating the year or base.
