Standing 2026/2027 guide: non-Chinese citizenship, good physical and mental health, a bachelor’s degree and age under 35. Confirm the next cohort’s exact conditions.
Non-native English speakers submit English qualification evidence such as IELTS or TOEFL. The general brochure gives no numeric score minimum; no specific threshold or medium-of-instruction waiver is assumed.

Graduation requires completion of the academic plan, examinations and thesis defence; English-taught graduate students must reach level 3 of the Chinese proficiency scales specified by the university.
The current English catalogue does not itself establish scholarship selection, unrestricted funding or a fixed next-cohort deadline. Follow the official programme and application instructions.
