Eligibility Criteria

The current 2027 international admission guide and exact catalogue row apply together. Minimum central standards do not guarantee admission.

International applicant with the required prior qualification and authentic, valid application documents.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong academic record and academic potential; the guide specifies birth on or after 1 September 1992 for master’s applicants.
TOEFL 80, IELTS 6.0 or Duolingo 120, or an equivalent certificate recognised by HUST.
Previous Chinese/English-medium education qualifies for the guide’s language-certificate exemption; recognised evidence is subject to university review.
Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0 or 75/100; equivalent grading systems are accepted. Individual schools may set higher academic criteria.
The central guide treats the supervisor acceptance letter as optional unless the school/programme catalogue specifically requires it; this row has no acceptance-letter marker.
Complete the objective-question online language test, then pay the application charge and undergo school academic review.
Open to: International applicants meeting the exact programme and nationality conditions
Qualification and nationality review applies; central minima do not guarantee an offer.
School-specific supervisor acceptance requirements apply where the current catalogue marks them.
