• Hold a valid foreign passport or proof of nationality for at least four years, as required by the specific English undergraduate guide.
• Actual residence abroad must exceed two years within the previous four years, measured up to 30 April of the admission year. The guide prints this broadly, not only for Chinese-heritage applicants.
• Be under 25 and hold a high-school certificate or higher qualification; applicants under 18 need the legal documents of a guardian in China.
• Every course grade must be at least 65%, or the equivalent grade level. Admission remains competitive.
• English evidence: TOEFL iBT 80+, IELTS 6.0+, Duolingo 95+, or evidence that the language of previous study was English.
• Self-funded applicants need a deposit certificate for at least CNY 30,000, or the equivalent value.
• Submit a CSCA Mathematics-section result; the guide does not establish a Physics/Chemistry requirement or minimum score for these English routes.
• Open to: International undergraduate applicants meeting the specific nationality, passport/residence, age, academic, language and financial conditions
