Teaching school: College of Life Science. Main international office address is 26 Hexing Road, Harbin; exact classroom/laboratory allocation follows the school. Funding: CSC guidance: master’s candidates must be under 35, hold a bachelor’s degree, have excellent academics/research ability and meet IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 95 or above. CSC Type B requires both CSC and NEFU systems, agency 10225; the page describes an annual November–March application window, not a verified exact 2027 closing date. It describes tuition, on-campus accommodation and application-fee exemption, CNY 800 annual insurance and a monthly CNY 3,000 master’s allowance. No scholarship stacking. The President Scholarship is for self-financed undergraduate/master’s applicants and lasts one year: First Class waives tuition and accommodation, Second Class tuition, Third Class half tuition. The standing page gives annual 30 April, not an independently dated 2027 deadline; its English threshold is IELTS 6.5/TOEFL 95 or above. It requests two recommendations and a plan of at least 800 words; the general master’s application separately requires 1,000 words. The separate Eurasian programme lists Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan as its main candidate nationalities. It requires age under 35, bachelor/equivalent, IELTS 6.5/TOEFL 95 or equivalent, academic/research strength and no other scholarship. Annual November–February window; tuition/housing exemption, CNY 800 insurance and CNY 3,000 monthly master’s allowance. Its scope is not a universal nationality restriction on ordinary NEFU admission.
