Sri Venkateswaraa University (SVU)'s medical students train in the hospital of Sri Venkateswaraa Medical College Hospital and Research Institute on the Red Hills campus. MBBS runs 5.5 years, ending with a one-year compulsory rotating internship for which no tuition is charged.
