Is Angeles University Foundation's BS Nursing program accredited?

Yes. It holds PAASCU Level IV accreditation, PAASCU's highest level, continuously held since January 1995 and valid through May 2031. The program is also a CHED-designated Center of Development in Nursing Education.

How long is the BSN program?

Four years, following the Philippines' national CHED curriculum policy for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

Do international applicants need IELTS or TOEFL?

AUF's official foreign-admissions materials list an English Proficiency Test as required only 'where necessary,' not as a blanket rule for every nationality. Confirm current policy with AUF's Office of International Affairs before assuming an exemption.

When can international students start the BSN program?

AUF's foreign-admissions primer lists two bachelor's-degree intakes: June (First Semester) and November (Second Semester). Reconfirm exact current dates with AUF's Registrar, since this primer is only accessible through an archived copy at the time of research.

What visa do foreign BSN students need?

Typically a Philippine 9(f) student visa, processed through AUF's Office of the University Registrar, which also handles Special Study Permit processing for international students.

Where do AUF nursing students complete their clinical training?

Primarily at the 125-bed AUF Medical Center on campus, plus named affiliated public hospitals including Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital, Ospital Ning Angeles, and several district and specialty hospitals across Central Luzon.

Does AUF publish BS Nursing tuition fees online?

No. AUF does not publish a public BSN tuition or fee schedule on its website; a current cost plan is available directly from AUF's Admissions and Accounting Office.

Does AUF have on-campus housing?

Yes — three dormitory sites near the main campus, accommodating up to 355 residents combined, though specific rates are not published online and should be confirmed with the Admissions Office.

What is AUF's nurse licensure exam track record?

AUF's College of Nursing was named Top Performing School nationwide in the November 2023 Nursing Licensure Examination by the Professional Regulation Commission's Board of Nursing, with independent reporting also showing AUF among schools posting 100% passing rates in several recent exam cycles.

What academic background do BS Nursing applicants need?

AUF's AY2026-2027 criteria require a STEM Senior High School strand for Philippine-curriculum applicants. Foreign applicants are evaluated case-by-case on academic-record equivalency by the College of Nursing Dean rather than against a fixed published rule for BSN specifically.
