Question 1

What English degree is verified?

Accepted Answer

The current bilingual international brochure explicitly lists International Economics and Trade as an English undergraduate route in the Business School. Check the exact route with the university; an unmarked subject in the wider international catalogue should not automatically be treated as an English programme.

Question 2

How long is the programme?

Accepted Answer

The university’s same-major undergraduate profile states a four-year programme and an economics bachelor award, 经济学学士. The current international brochure identifies the English bachelor route. No BSc, Honours or foreign dual-degree award is inferred, and a separate domestic overseas-transfer scheme is not part of this listing.

Question 3

Do I need Chinese language evidence?

Accepted Answer

The new undergraduate checklist asks for HSK 4 and HSKK intermediate, or the stated language test after enrolment. The English programme label does not create an exemption from that checklist. Confirm the exact application and later test arrangements directly; no universal Chinese graduation score is inferred.

Question 4

Which entrance examination results are required?

Accepted Answer

The current undergraduate checklist requires a CSCA transcript. It does not establish exact subject papers, paper language or minimum score for the English trade route. Confirm those points and the result-submission deadline with the university before booking tests. Graduate applications have a separate checklist.

Question 5

What English score is required?

Accepted Answer

The route is expressly taught in English, but the current brochure does not provide a programme-specific numeric English threshold for this undergraduate route. Confirm accepted certificates and assessment directly. Do not borrow a score or English-medium waiver from another programme or an older republication.

Question 6

What age and nationality rules apply?

Accepted Answer

The general minimum age is 16. Applicants under 18 provide guardian identity and authorisation documents. Former Chinese citizens applying after acquiring foreign nationality must meet the guide’s four-year foreign-nationality and two-years-overseas-in-four-years conditions; confirm the exact reference dates and accepted evidence for the current cycle.

Question 7

What academic documents do I prepare?

Accepted Answer

Prepare notarised high-school graduation or expected-graduation evidence, notarised transcripts of all high-school courses, the required language certificates and the entrance-examination transcript. Upload scans, with official Chinese translations for non-Chinese materials as instructed. The university can request further evidence or programme assessment.

Question 8

What personal and financial documents apply?

Accepted Answer

Prepare the passport, health form within six months, police certificate, photo, financial sponsor letter and identity, and affairs-in-China guarantor letter and identity. Degree applicants provide bank evidence equivalent to CNY 30,000 or above; confirm the exact boundary and format. Passport validity must extend more than six months beyond the study end. Add employment and under-18 guardian records where applicable.

Question 9

What are the tuition and extra charges?

Accepted Answer

The 2026 English undergraduate tuition reference is CNY 18,000 per year. The CNY 400 application charge is payable at registration. Insurance is CNY 800/year or CNY 400/half-year, and textbooks CNY 200–300/semester. Confirm the next schedule and admission payment instructions; quoted health or immigration service charges do not guarantee future costs.

Question 10

What accommodation is described?

Accepted Answer

The brochure lists standard twin rooms at CNY 40 per person per day, with a bed, storage, private bathroom, Wi-Fi and refrigerator. Shared facilities include laundry, hot water and a kitchen. Confirm room assignment, present facilities and the exact booked period rather than assuming a yearly charge or guaranteed availability.

Question 11

Are scholarships guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

The brochure describes the university’s experience receiving Chinese Government, international Chinese teachers’ and Shandong provincial scholarship students. It does not establish an automatic award or a specific funding entitlement for this English trade route. Confirm the relevant current call, subject coverage, nationality conditions and selection process separately.

Question 12

When can I apply?

Accepted Answer

The brochure headed autumn 2026 gives an annual May 1–June 10 application window and late-August registration, with an August 31 opening and September semester reference. These standing dates are not a confirmed 2027 call. Obtain the next exact intake, deadline and registration instructions directly before relying on a date or booking travel.

Question 13

How does the application assessment work?

Accepted Answer

Apply through the official international portal and complete the basic information review. Degree applicants proceed to the academic school’s programme assessment and may be asked for supplementary materials or an interview. If admitted, register according to the official instructions. Confirm teaching and residence locations with the university rather than inferring them from the international office address.
