Campus life, Indian student community, food options, and day-to-day living at Medical University of Warsaw in Warsaw.
The Faculty of Medicine educates over 4,500 students across its six-year programme in all languages, with roughly 700 English Division students currently enrolled from more than 75 countries. Facilities include the Didactic Center, Banacha and Lindleya campuses, a Medical Simulation Centre, over 100 student associations (15 conducted in English) and more than 80 optional courses (25 in English).
The university's Student Dormitory No. 2 BIS in the Wola district offers a limited, first-come-first-served number of places to first-year English Division students. For 2026-27, rates run EUR 2,738 per semester for a single room with private bathroom, or EUR 1,370 per semester for a shared double room, plus a deposit. Students who do not secure a university place can use the university's accredited private-partner dormitories in the Mokotow district.
No specific on-campus meal plan or dining-cost figure is published. Community kitchens are available on each dormitory floor, but kitchen appliances are not permitted in individual rooms. Daily food costs should be planned as a separate budget line alongside tuition and accommodation.
No university-published campus-safety statistics were found for the Faculty of Medicine. International students can reach the English Division Student Government and an Ombudsman office for support with any concerns.
The English Division Student Government organizes Orientation Week and a peer Mentor-Mentee programme with IFMSA. Additional administrative support runs through a Virtual Dean's Office and Student Inbox, alongside active IFMSA and European Medical Students' Association chapters.
