Which English undergraduate programmes are available?

The current 2027 regular guide explicitly lists Forestry and Wood Science and Engineering in English. Both require CSCA Mathematics and Chemistry using English test papers, with no professional Chinese paper. English-translated majors in the separate transfer catalogue are not proof of English degree teaching.

Which masters have an English option?

The full current regular master table has 63 school/programme rows. Sixty permit an English option. Journalism and Communication, International Chinese Language Education, and Design Science in the College of Art Design are Chinese-only exceptions. Design Science in the separate Furnishings and Industrial Design college remains a different school row.

What is the nominal duration?

Both English UG teaching plans state four years, extendable to six. International postgraduate rules distinguish academic masters normally three years with a maximum of four. Supported master routes are matched to the university’s academic-degree classification; no minimum is silently selected from the general guide’s range.

What qualifications are awarded?

The current IEC-linked Forestry teaching plan prints Bachelor of Agriculture and Wood Science prints Bachelor of Engineering. Master routes are academic master degrees; programme-specific MSc, MEng or MBA abbreviations are not established by the international catalogue and are not invented. Exact titles and schools remain attached to each offering.

What English evidence is accepted?

The 2027 general UG and master guides accept TOEFL at least 80, IELTS at least 6.0 or Duolingo at least 120, with prior English-medium degree proof or native-English exemption as stated. Separate CGS High-level rules require IELTS component scores of at least 6 and have their own supporting documents. Confirm your application route.

Does English delivery remove Chinese requirements?

No. The regular guide requires HSK 4 for UG graduation and HSK 3 for English-master graduation. These are graduation conditions, separate from the English entry evidence. Chinese-taught master HSK entry rules are not imposed on the selected English option.

What qualifications and age rules apply?

Regular UG applicants need high-school education or higher and, in principle, age 18–28; the guide also provides guardian documentation for under 18 cases, so exceptional eligibility needs confirmation. Master applicants need an undergraduate bachelor degree and, in principle, age no more than 35. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens meeting the university’s nationality review.

How are nationality documents scoped?

The dated four-year nationality and two-year residence requirements concern former-Chinese and specified overseas-born Chinese-parent cases, not all foreign applicants. The master guide repeats an undergraduate-scope clause for the latter group; affected applicants should obtain university clarification of its precise postgraduate applicability.

Which application documents are needed?

Prepare the signed form, passport, notarised qualifications and transcripts, accepted English evidence, health documents, financial-guarantor and bank proof, non-criminal certificate and study plan. UG adds CSCA and applicable guardian papers; masters add two references. The general guide states study-plan lengths as 1,000字以上 for English UG and 2,000字以上 for PG; confirm English counting format.

What are the current fees?

The 2027 general guides quote UG CNY 16,500/year and master CNY 27,000/year. Application CNY 400 is non-refundable regardless of outcome. General insurance is CNY 600/year; the separate CGS notice references CNY 800 insurance under its funding scheme. Housing and personal costs are additional; scholarship coverage is not a fee-free admission promise.

What should I know about housing and diet?

The UG reference is a double room in a six-person suite at CNY 360/month. Masters have single rooms in four-person suites at CNY 450 or 540/month. The guides describe kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, water heaters and air conditioning. Confirm the assigned category and cooking rules; no specialised dietary guarantee is established.

When is the 2027 intake and application deadline?

Entry is explicitly September 2027, with the exact day in the admission notice. Regular materials and fee are due 31 May 2027; the general master window is 1 March–31 May. The separate CGS High-level deadline is 21 February 2027. Scholarship-specific eligibility, supervisor acceptance and final CSC selection must be checked independently.

Where will I study and who reviews admission?

The International Education College Admissions Office is at 159 Longpan Road in Xuanwu District, Nanjing. This is an office address, not a universal campus allocation. The university reviews academic records, language evidence and interview results, then issues official admission documents. Confirm your teaching and residence assignment in the offer before travel.
