PMIST is a private deemed-to-be university. The UGC register records its deemed status from 17 August 2007 and locates it at Vallam, Thanjavur.

No. PMIST is at Vallam in Thanjavur. Periyar University is a separate state university in Salem, while PRIST is another distinct institution in Thanjavur.

What is the MBA entry requirement?

How do students apply?

Use PMIST’s online registration page and select the intended programme. Complete the academic details, follow the relevant merit or entrance route and present the required qualification and admission-category records.

Request a current, category-specific quotation covering tuition, compulsory charges, accommodation and meals. The public programme-fee table gives total first-year charges without a clear academic year or tuition-only breakdown, so it is not used as a confirmed tuition price.

Does PMIST have campus logistics?

Chakravarthy boys’ campus logistics and the girls’ campus logistics provide campus accommodation. Charges include room rent, meal arrangements and other service components; confirm current availability, deposits and fees before accepting a room.
