Accommodation overview
The 2027 guide provides university-arranged accommodation across Xingqing, Yanta and iHarbour. International students book rooms online and allocation follows the current annual policy. Published charges range fromCNY 8,000 to 19,000 per year. This is a housing range, not a guarantee of a particular campus, room type or bundled living package.
Food & daily living
Meals and personal spending need a separate budget from the quoted tuition and accommodation charges. Confirm your assigned campus and residence before planning daily food arrangements or dietary requirements. The accommodation quote alone does not establish a meal plan or specialised catering provision.

XJTU’s international admission and registration support is coordinated by the School of International Education. Study and accommodation span Xingqing, Yanta and iHarbour, with campus arrangements determined by the university rather than chosen from a generic city-wide listing. Applicants should use the specific school, offer and registration information to plan their academic and residential routine.
Safety & student support
Applicants provide a complete Foreigner Physical Examination Record and blood-test report, valid for six months, together with a valid non-criminal record. Admission includes verification of identity, qualification and language documents. Follow the university’s health-report, medical-insurance and registration instructions for the intended intake. The School of International Education coordinates admissions, application-system guidance, pre-admission and registration communication. Applicants should monitor the registered email and system messages because missing a response deadline can affect admission. Programme supervision is arranged through the named school, and Students Traffic can help organise the exact document and course-comparison checklist.
