Master's in Education Management at Northeast Normal University: Eligibility & Requirements

• Eligibility for people already in China or holding other Chinese government scholarships is unclear because the brochure contains a double negative; obtain clarification.
• The published cohort is 2026 and its 6 June 2026 deadline has passed. No next-cohort application date or renewed place allocation is asserted.

The 2026 brochure describes a two-year English programme for up to 25 candidates, conferring Master of Science in Education. Conditional MOFCOM funding covers tuition, teaching materials, fieldwork and thesis instruction; single-room accommodation at the Main Campus; CNY 36,000 annual living allowance paid monthly for actual residence; CNY 3,000 one-off settlement; medical insurance; one study round-trip and one home-visit round-trip international flight. A successful annual evaluation is required for full second-year funding; delayed graduation is not financed. Family members may not accompany and family visits are not funded. Detailed health restrictions include listed serious chronic/infectious/psychological diseases, post-surgery recovery, acute exacerbation, severe disability and pregnancy; the brochure treats pregnancy during study as voluntary withdrawal. Already-in-China/other-government-scholarship eligibility remains unresolved because of the source double negative. These 2026 conditions are not transferred to standard CSC or ordinary master’s admission.
