Question 2

Which English bachelor routes are verified?

Accepted Answer

Economics (International Digital Trade), International Business (Cross Border eCommerce), Computer Science and Technology, and Nursing. All are nominally four years, with brochure maximum six years. The English business option is independently identified in the CSCA requirements; its direction is not another awarded degree.

Question 3

Which English master routes are verified?

Accepted Answer

Study of World Languages and Applied Linguistics, Comparative Literature and Transcultural Studies, Global Communication, Electronic Information, Comparative Education and Chemistry. Electronic Information is 2.5 years; the other five are three. Internal research options are not extra degrees.

Question 4

What are the exact qualifications?

Accepted Answer

The bachelors award Economics, Management, Engineering or Science in Nursing as stated by the programme. The three language/communication masters award MA; Electronic Information has its exact named master; Chemistry awards MSc. Comparative Education is labelled MPhil in Education in the current English tables and教育学硕士 in Chinese, under a neutral generic parent.

Question 5

What English score and Chinese entry level do I need?

Accepted Answer

The general English-route assessment is through interview. TOEFL, IELTS or other English evidence may be provided; native English speakers need not provide those certificates. No numeric English minimum is published. Chinese-taught entrance HSK requirements are not transferred to the English routes.

Question 6

Will I need Chinese for graduation?

Accepted Answer

The four bachelor brochures require HSK 4 at least 180. The language/communication masters require HSK 3; Electronic Information requires HSK 3 at least 180. Confirm the exact current graduation plan for Chemistry and the English Comparative Education route; no unproven threshold is invented for them.

Question 7

What are the age and academic requirements?

Accepted Answer

Bachelor applicants are 18–25 and hold a high-school qualification. Master applicants are normally no older than 30 with a bachelor degree; work experience and research ability may support a discretionary age relaxation. The master subject-background list is programme-specific. Wider scholarship-age categories do not change degree eligibility.

Question 8

Which CSCA subjects and documents are required?

Accepted Answer

All four English bachelor routes list Mathematics. Nursing’s newer school guide explicitly specifies the English paper; confirm the other routes’ paper language. Bachelor applicants also prepare a high-school teacher recommendation, a short self-introduction video and a personal statement. Masters need two academic recommendations and a detailed research statement.

Question 9

When and how should I apply?

Accepted Answer

The 2026 window was 9 March–30 June and has passed. Confirm the next round, then submit all required documents through https://international.hznu.edu.cn/. Email/post applications are not processed. Faculty review includes academic/language assessment and video interview; originals are checked at registration.

Question 10

When are fees paid and what tuition is published?

Accepted Answer

The non-refundable CNY 400 application fee is due within one week after pre-admission, while tuition is due within one week after registration. Exact 2026 annual tuition is CNY 20000 for Economics/CST/Nursing, CNY 25000 for International Business, CNY 22800 for the three MA routes and Comparative Education, and CNY 24800 for Electronic Information/Chemistry. Future invoices require confirmation.

Question 11

Can I live off campus or reserve a room?

Accepted Answer

The current policy accepts only applicants willing to live on campus. The fee schedule says residence is first-come and reservations are not offered. Degree-room references are CNY 7000, 10000 or 14000 annually plus utilities, a CNY 300 deposit and bedding costs. Ask the school to confirm your allocation and budget.

Question 12

Are scholarships, placements or nurse licences guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Entrance and continuing scholarships have separate selection and review conditions; delayed study is not funded under the reviewed graduate guide. Programme practical learning does not guarantee a particular internship or job. The English BSN is a degree route, with professional registration assessed separately by the destination authority.

Question 13

How can Students Traffic help?

Accepted Answer

Students Traffic can help compare exact subjects, plan the CSCA and document checklist, identify Chinese graduation obligations and prepare a campus budget. Use the university’s official application process. Admission, scholarship, visa, residence and professional practice decisions remain with the relevant official authorities.
