Queen Mary’s College, Chennai: Hostel & Accommodation

Hostel accommodation follows a separate process through the Deputy Warden after academic admission. An academic offer does not establish a room. Confirm current availability, residence rules, deposits, mess charges, reporting arrangements and the complete accommodation budget before accepting a place.

Hostel and meal costs require separate confirmation from academic fees. Specific dietary provision, allergy handling and individual medical diets have not been verified. Discuss meal options, included services and personal dietary requirements with the hostel before committing to accommodation.

The Mylapore campus faces the Marina area and brings together academic departments, student activities and shared campus facilities. The college lists clubs, sports, extension work and student support services. Shift and teaching-language choices form part of admission planning and should be checked for the selected degree.

The college lists anti-ragging, student support and welfare mechanisms. Obtain current reporting contacts and residence procedures when enrolling. Institutional policies do not establish a safety outcome or replace personal accessibility, health and emergency planning. The college lists a resource centre for visually challenged students, academic support, library services and financial-assistance information. Check the assistance available for your degree and individual needs, required certificates and application cycle. A category or admission offer alone does not guarantee an award or service.
