Is the Medicine programme direct-entry after high school?

Yes. It is an integrated first- and second-level studies programme -- admission follows directly from completed secondary education, with no separate bachelor's stage required first.

What qualification is awarded on graduation?

Graduates receive the academic title Doctor of Medicine (MD).

How long is the programme and how is it structured?

Six years (360 ECTS credits), taught entirely in English, with clinical training run through the Clinical Center of Vojvodina.

What is the current tuition fee?

EUR 7,000 per year for the 2026/27 cohort, which includes tuition, online library resources and electronic textbook access. A first installment of at least EUR 1,750 (25% of the total) is due at registration, non-refundable after the enrollment deadline.

Are there additional fees besides tuition?

Yes -- a non-refundable EUR 55 application fee, a RSD 5,500 registration fee, and an optional (non-mandatory) Biology or Chemistry preparatory course at EUR 600 per subject.

What entrance exam does the university require?

A mandatory Biology and Chemistry entrance exam, held online or on-site by prior arrangement. Applicants without an English-proficiency certificate also sit a university English-language test. There is no standardized-test-based alternative admission route.

When does the academic year start and what are the 2026/27 deadlines?

The confirmed 2026/27 cycle is the September intake term: application deadline 4 September 2026, entrance exam 8 September 2026, admitted-candidates list by 10 September, and registration with first-installment payment due by 17 September 2026.

Is university accommodation available for international students?

University dormitory places are generally reserved for Serbian students or those covered by a specific inter-state agreement. Most international students arrange private rental housing, with support from the Faculty's International Department and Erasmus Student Network volunteers.

Do Indian students need NEET to join this programme?

The university's own admissions criteria do not reference NEET. Separately, India's National Medical Commission requires Indian citizens and OCI holders who obtain a primary medical qualification abroad to have qualified NEET-UG, whose result serves as the mandatory Eligibility Certificate.
