Campus life, Indian student community, food options, and day-to-day living at University of Novi Sad Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad.
The English-track Medicine programme is a smaller, intake-limited cohort -- 15 seats for Medicine in the 2026/27 September admission term -- supported by an International Department and Erasmus Student Network volunteers who help incoming international students settle in.
University dormitory places in Novi Sad are state-subsidized and generally reserved for Serbian students or those covered by a specific inter-state agreement; the university's own guidance directs most international students toward private rental housing near the Faculty, with the Faculty's International Department and Erasmus Student Network volunteers available to help with the search.
No specific on-campus meal plan or dining-cost figure is published for international Medicine students. Food costs should be planned as part of an independent living-cost budget alongside private accommodation.
No university-published campus-safety statistics were found. International applicants can direct queries to the Faculty's dedicated Studies in English contact for day-to-day support.
The Faculty's International Department and Erasmus Student Network volunteers support incoming students with settling in and finding private housing.
