Voorhees College, Vellore: Hostel & Accommodation

The college provides a hostel information route, but an academic offer does not establish a residential place. Confirm current availability, eligibility, supervision, accessibility, room charges, deposits and meal arrangements separately before making residential plans.

Check current meal arrangements, food charges, allergy handling and any individual dietary requirements directly before enrolment. Accommodation, meals, travel and personal costs should be budgeted separately from academic charges. Availability of a particular diet or service requires individual confirmation.

The college brings together academic departments, college activities and an alumni community within a Christian institutional tradition. Its stated mission welcomes students without discrimination, with particular attention to less-privileged learners. The two shifts have different schedules; confirm current classes, practicals and attendance requirements for the selected degree.

The college calendar sets out student conduct and anti-ragging expectations. Obtain current grievance and emergency contacts at enrolment, and check practical arrangements for travel, accessibility and health needs. Published procedures do not guarantee an individual safety outcome. The college describes a mission of supporting learners, including less-privileged and first-generation students, and provides scholarship and library information routes. Confirm current scheme eligibility, required records and individual learning or accessibility support. Admission alone does not establish a scholarship, grant or residential entitlement.
