No specific on-campus meal plan or dining-cost figure is published for international students. Daily food and living costs should be budgeted as a separate line alongside tuition and the mandatory annual medical insurance the university requires of all foreign students.
No campus-wide safety statement or dedicated safety-support service is published on YSMU's official site. International students are directed instead to the International Students' Academic Affairs Department and the Department of International Cooperation for general support.
YSMU names a dedicated International Students' Academic Affairs Department, a Department of International Cooperation led by a named director, a Department of Foreign Students' Preparatory Education for applicants needing a foundation year, and an International Students' Council under the Student Parliament.

If you are planning MBBS admission in Russia, the real decision is not whether admission is possible. It is whether you are choosing the right university, preparing the right documents, and entering on a pathway that still makes sense for India-return goals later.
If you are comparing Russia seriously, the duration question is really about structure, internship, and planning. The useful answer is not a brochure number. It is understanding how the six-year pathway works and what that means for your long-term medical journey.
If your first question is cost, Russia belongs on the shortlist. But the smartest budget decision is not the cheapest seat on paper. It is the cheapest Russia option that still makes sense for the student's full six-year journey.
