Room options vary by campus. The 2027 undergraduate brochure gives Zhongguancun rooms at CNY 900–1,350 per person per month and Liangxiang rooms at CNY 500–900. Zhuhai undergraduate rooms are CNY 500–900; the graduate brochure lists twin and triple options at CNY 900 and CNY 700 respectively. Utilities are separate.
Zhongguancun international dormitories have shared kitchens on each floor and public laundry. Listed Liangxiang accommodation includes kitchen facilities. Facilities depend on the assigned building, so accommodation choice affects meal preparation.
Emergency numbers in China are 110 for police, 119 for fire and 120 for urgent medical assistance. BIT’s Office of International Students coordinates international student life and logistics; keep the relevant campus support details with your arrival documents.
The Office of International Students handles international admissions, student management, everyday coordination and logistics, and offers Chinese-language and cultural learning. Students Traffic can help organize the campus-specific application and arrival checklist.
