The 10-month lease (September-June) is paid annually in advance plus a refundable security deposit, and is guaranteed only for a student's first year in Bahrain; a non-vetted off-campus private-accommodation list is also provided, with studios and apartments in the surrounding Busaiteen area typically running BD 280-450/month.
