Teaching sits on one residential campus on the Jalandhar-Delhi G.T. Road at Phagwara, Punjab 144411. LPU reports more than 3,000 international students from over 50 countries, more than 150 programmes across over 40 discipline areas, and a library holding more than two million books and e-books with 24-hour access. Rooms are booked when the Acceptance Letter is issued and charged for a full academic session of about ten months. Published 2026-2027 Early Decision charges, valid to 31 August 2026, run from INR 73,000 or USD 870 for an air-cooled six-to-eight-seater, through INR 86,000 or USD 1,020 for an air-cooled four-seater and INR 116,000 or USD 1,370 for an air-cooled two-seater, to INR 156,000 or USD 1,845 for an air-conditioned single and INR 193,000 or USD 2,295 for a one-seater studio apartment. Rupee rates apply to Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka; every other nationality pays the dollar rate. After the deadline each category rises by INR 10,000 or USD 120. Rooms include bed, mattress, study table, almirah and an attached washroom with geyser.

Campus dining halls serve four meals a day and LPU states that more than 100,000 meals are prepared fresh on campus daily. Mess, laundry, gym, swimming pool and indoor-facility charges sit outside the published room rate and are administered by the campus residential operator, so they are quoted separately at booking. A shopping mall, food courts and about 50 ATMs are on campus, and a money-exchange point handles arrivals carrying US dollars or euros.
LPU states the campus is manned by over 400 full-time security officials with CCTV surveillance and fire-safety systems, and applies zero tolerance to ragging, alcohol, smoking, drugs and disciplinary misconduct. A health centre operates on campus, and international students are required to hold international medical insurance valid in India for the full programme duration.
The Division of International Affairs at Block 32, Room 308 handles FRRO registration and visa extensions. Complimentary airport pickup is offered to new July/August intake students who submit arrival details at least one week ahead, though it may be declined for very small groups. An English Language Programme runs at beginner (8 months), intermediate (5 months) and advanced (3 months) levels alongside regular study.
