Students using the campus residential arrangement pay mess charges as part of the published hostel and living bill. Discuss vegetarian preferences, food allergies, medical diets or religious food requirements before accepting accommodation; no particular specialist diet or certification is guaranteed here.
CMI publishes an anti-ragging committee and squad with named institutional contacts. Its Grievance and Internal Complaints Committee investigates harassment and serves as the gender-sensitisation cell. Students should use the institute’s stated reporting channels for a complaint or urgent concern.
The Students Grievances Redressal Committee covers admissions, academic issues, financial demands, scholarship non-payment and discrimination, with an ombudsperson identified by the institute. Programme faculty, academic administration and the complaints committee provide further institutional contact points.
